Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Flexora purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

    3. How to Start a Return

    To start a return, contact us at flexorastore@flexilit.store or via WhatsApp at +250 793 086 538.

    • Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      4. Damages and Issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

      Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

      6. Refunds

      Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

      • Approved Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal, cards, etc... ) within 10 business days.

      • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
